Quiet and rural area and just a short distance to the river and to the village country inn
Bedrooms: One bedroom with King size bed,view towards the garden and river.
Bathroom: One bathroom with a walk in shower, WC, an electric heated towel rail and washbasin and separate shaving light.
Kitchen: Built in to the kitchen design is an electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, dining table and chairs.
Living Room: A beamed ceiling in the lounge with the views of Snowdon, a leather sofa and chair, Freeview TV and DVD player and DVD films, Inglenook fireplace along with a multi-fuel stove and Economy 7 heaters, CD and radio player.
Outside: The garden is at the front of the house and has a patio and it is surrounded with spectacular views of the area including Snowdon. The garden also has a bench and a picnic table useful with a barbeque and for dining outside. The river is just over the fence near to the shed where you can find a couple of bikes for biking the woods and fields.
